In order to fulfill ICANN requirements, and to ensure our customers are made aware of upcoming domain expirations, the following notification emails for domain renewals will be sent:
- 1 month prior to expiration
- 2 weeks prior to expiration
- 1 week prior to expiration
- 1 day prior to expiration
- An additional email will be sent five days following a domain's expiration
Notification emails will be sent to the registrant contact on the WHOIS record for the domain, as well as the contact in our Cloud Services portal if these addresses are different from each other. A separate log of these notifications will be maintained in case either the registrant or ICANN request this information.
